CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of QPG ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that the executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Chaim Cohen, has
vacated his position with effect from 3 February 2011 in order to pursue
personal interests.
The board wishes to thank Chaim for his contribution to QPG and wishes him well
in his future endeavours. Shareholders will be notified of the appointment of a
new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in due course.
A corporate update detailing the rationale behind a realignment of the corporate
strategy will be provided to shareholders following the company`s Annual General
Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 8 March 2011.
