CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Telemasters hereby advise shareholders that
Mr IG Bekker has resigned with immediate effect from the board in order to scale
back on his professional commitments.
Mr Bekker will continue to be involved in the business of the company at a non-
board level and we look forward to his continued strategic input.
