RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The annual general meeting of Awethu shareholders was held on Tuesday, 8
February 2011. All the ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of annual
general meeting to shareholders dated 11 January 2011 were approved by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
In terms of Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Anton Venter has resigned as non-executive director of the
Company effective 8 February 2011.
