FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE 2009 ANNUAL REPORT
Further to the announcement dated Thursday, 23 December 2010 relating to the
acquisition of Comwezi Security Services (Proprietary) Limited, shareholders are
advised that until the pro forma financial effects of the acquisition are
finalised, they are requested to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities.
Shareholders are also referred to announcements released on Monday, 29 November
2010 and Friday, 17 December 2010 and are advised that the 2009 Annual Report
posted to shareholders on Monday, 29 November 2010 has been withdrawn as it was
not signed off by the auditors. A new Annual Report including the notice of
annual general meeting will be posted in due course.
