CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Johan Dique has resigned as an independent non-
executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Dique has been appointed to the position of Group CEO with Capespan Group
Limited and has advised that due to the responsibilities and requirements of his
new position, as well as his relocation to Cape Town, he is unable to continue
as a director of the Company.
