DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON KUMBA IRON ORE LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("KIOIHD")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Kumba Iron Ore
Limited have declared a final dividend of R21.00 per ordinary share payable on
Tuesday, 22 March 2011, to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 18 March 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
KIOIHD, will receive a Kumba Iron Ore Limited final dividend of R21.00 per
security on Tuesday, 22 March 2011, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated
in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 11 March 2011.
KIOIHD Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 14 March 2011, and the record date
will be Friday, 18 March 2011.
