CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of QPG ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Barak Seelim Cohen has vacated his position as a non-executive director of
the company with effect from 9 February 2011 in order to pursue personal
interests.
The board wishes to thank Barak for his contribution to QPG and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
