TSOGO HOLDINGS AND GOLD REEF MERGER DECISION EXPECTED TODAY
Following a hearing into the proposed merger between Tsogo Holdings and Gold
Reef Resorts, which ended on 9 February, the Competition Tribunal will release
its decision in this merger at 12H00 today.
