CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr. Henk van der Merwe, the group financial director, has resigned
with effect from today to pursue other business interests. The board has already
initiated the process to seek a suitable candidate to replace Mr. van der Merwe
as soon as practically possible. The company is however in the fortunate
position that the previous Financial Director of the group is still employed
in the position of Group Financial Manager. Should the company be unable to
find a suitable replacement for Mr. van Merwe before his departure, it will not
result that the group will be at risk in this regard.
The board also want to thank Henk for his contribution over the last four years
and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
