CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("JSE"), the board of directors ("the Board") wishes to advise
shareholders that Mr John Deeb, Financial Director and Chief Financial Officer
of the Company, has tendered his resignation and will be leaving Sanyati in
April 2011 in order to pursue an opportunity outside of South Africa. The
Board is pleased to advise that Mr Dennis Gammie, the previous Financial
Director of Aveng Limited, has agreed to offer his services to Sanyati with
immediate effect and that he will be fulfilling the role of acting Chief
Financial Officer until such time as a permanent appointment is made.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Deeb for his outstanding contribution to Sanyati
and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
