FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on
SENS, the last of which is dated 30 December 2010 and are advised that Redefine
International plc ("Redefine International"), the AIM-listed subsidiary of RIN
is still in conversation with the board of directors of Wichford P.L.C.
("Wichford")(a London Stock Exchange company in which Redefine International has
a 21.7% shareholding) and Wichford`s advisers, Rothschild, regarding a potential
combination of Redefine International and Wichford and, accordingly, linked
unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in RIN`s
securities until a further announcement is made.
