REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of Spar shareholders held today, 14 February 2011,
the requisite majority of shareholders approved the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
