APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the following appointment to the Board of Miranda:
Mr Moses Tshitangano, CA (SA)
Non-executive director
Moses Tshitangano is a Chartered Accountant with significant financial
management experience and specialist expertise in accounting, legal and
corporate tax matters. He launched his career at SARS in the role of assessor.
Subsequent to completion of his audit articles at Deloitte & Touche, Moses
stayed in its Executive Financial Services division where he served as a
Financial Planning Consultant until 2000. He then moved on to join the Vodacom
Group where he worked as a Financial Manager. Moses joined the Yakani Group in
2007 as Group Chief Financial Officer. He is currently an Executive Director of
the Yakani Group and sits on the boards of its investee companies.
The Board welcomes Moses and looks forward to the balance and expertise that he
will be able to contribute.
The appointment will be effective from 14 February 2011
