JCI ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Further to the SENS announcement on 26 October 2010 in which JCI advised that it
anticipated completing and publishing annual financial statements for the
financial years 2005 to 2010 by the end of January 2011 and holding an annual
general meeting to approve such financial statements in February 2011, JCI
wishes to advise that it was unable to complete such financial statements by the
end of January 2011. It now anticipates completing the financial statements
during March 2011 and accordingly publishing them and holding the annual general
meeting for approval thereof in the second quarter of 2011. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Group`s securities.
