SALE OF BSI SHARES BY VUNANI CAPITAL (PTY) LTD TO CLARK INVESTMENTS GROUP
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 14 February 2011 and
are advised that Vunani Capital (Pty) Limited ("Vunani") sold its shares to the
Clark Investment Group ("Clark").
The company thanks Vunani for its support of BSI and is pleased that Clark has
increased their stake in BSI.
Clark is currently the company`s largest shareholder, outside directors and
management, holding approximately 80 million shares or 11%. Clark`s decision to
invest further in BSI is an encouraging sign for BSI and the business going
forward.
The company`s overall BBBEE status will be affected by the withdrawal of Vunani
as shareholder, however, credits on other aspects of BBBEE are high, and
therefore the overall effect will be manageable.
