CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Merchantec Capital has been appointed as 1time`s
company secretary with effect from 15 February 2011, replacing Mr Michael
Snyman, who has resigned as company secretary in line with King III`s
recommended practice that the company secretary should not be a director of the
company. Mr Michael Snyman retains his position as the Executive Financial
Director of 1time.
