Further to the detailed cautionary announcements dated 22 November 2010 and 05
January 2011 respectively, shareholders are advised that whilst the negotiation
for the acquisition of Realcor is on hold due to certain technicalities, the
company is still in negotiations with other parties.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
