CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Sections 3.59 - 3.62 of the JSE Listings Requirements, City
Lodge is pleased to announce that Miss Wendy Tlou has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director to the City Lodge Hotels Limited board, with
effect from 1 March 2011.
Wendy has recently been appointed Executive Director at Meropa Communications
and previously held a number of positions at South African Tourism, including
General Manager: Communications and Public Relations.
