Trading statement
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the
financial results for the current reporting period will be more than 20%
different than that of the prior comparative period.
Further to the above, Brimstone expects to report basic earnings per share of
between 160.5 cents to 192.7 cents, and headline earnings per share of
between 161.8 cents to 194.2 cents for the year ended 31 December 2010, which
is up from earnings per share and headline earnings per share of 136.7 cents
and 130.9 cents respectively reported for the year ended 31 December 2009.
Shareholders are advised that the above information has not been reviewed or
reported on by the Company`s auditors and that the Company`s results for the
year ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be published on or about 22
February 2011.
