CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Vox ("the board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr. A P van Marken ("Tony"), the Company`s Chief Executive
Officer, has resigned with effect from 31 March 2011 to pursue personal
interests.
Management and the board would like to thank Tony for his dedicated contribution
to the development of the Company and wishes him well in his future endevours.
The board advises that Tony`s responsibilities will be assumed by the Group
Managing Director (Mr. D G Reed) and the executive management committee of Vox.
