The board of directors of Wearne is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.
Gerald Salanje as an independent non-executive director with effect from 17
February 2011. Mr. Salanje has also been appointed a member of the Audit
Committee. Mr. Salanje is a Chartered Accountant who completed his articles at
Price Waterhouse Coopers. He is currently an independent financial consultant.
