INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement regarding Monteagle`s preliminary
unaudited results for the year ended 30th September 2004 and dividend
declaration released on SENS and published in the press on 23 December 2004 and
are advised that the following dates have been revised:
Last day to trade Friday 11 March 2005
Shares trade ex dividend on the JSE and
LUX exchanges Monday 14 March 2005
Pay date Friday, 22 April 2005
No dematerialisation and rematerialisation of share certificates on SA register
or transfer of shares between the registers in Luxembourg and SA may take place
between Monday 14 March 2005 and Friday 18 March 2005.
