RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Directors are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company`s shareholders held on Thursday 24th March 2005, approval was received
for the passing of all the resolutions proposed thereat, therefore the div of
41.6899 SA cents will be paid on 22 April 2005 to shareholders recorded in the
register on 18 March 2005.
