Confirmation of South African Exchange Rate and dividend rate in respect of the
Monteagle dividend
Further to the announcements to shareholders released on SENS on 21 December
2005 and 8 March 2006, shareholders are hereby advised that the exchange rate to
be used will be US$ 1.00 = R6,3063.
This has been calculated as the average of the bid/ask spread as at 17h00
(United Kingdom time) on 8 March 2006.
Consequently the dividend of 8 US cents will be equal to 50,45 South African
cents
