RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Directors are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company"s shareholders held on Friday, 31 March 2006, approval was received for
the passing of all the resolutions proposed thereat, therefore the dividend of
50,54 SA cents will be paid on 21 April 2006 to shareholders recorded in the
register on 24 March 2006.
