RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Directors announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company`s
shareholders held on Friday, 26 March 2010, approval was received for the
passing of all the resolutions proposed thereat.
Shareholders are reminded that the dividend of 3.00 US cents will be paid on 16
April 2010 to shareholders recorded in the register on 19 March 2010.
