RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the Board of directors of Netcare wishes to
announce the resignation of Bert Kok as Company Secretary with effect from 28
February 2011.
An announcement will be made in due course in connection with the appointment of
a Company Secretary.
The Board of directors of Netcare wish to express their sincere thanks to Bert
for his excellent contribution over the years to Netcare and wish him well in
his future endeavours.
