CORRECTION TO COMMENTARY ACCOMPANYING INTERIM RESULTS
In the commentary to its interim results released on 16 February 2011,
Pangbourne referred to the liquidation of two large manufacturing tenants. One
of these is Cullinan Industrial Porcelain (Proprietary) Limited, not "Cullinan
Holdings Limited", which was incorrectly referred to in the commentary.
