SPECIFIC PAYMENT - SALIENT DATES
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 10 February 2011, shareholders
are advised that the Company is still awaiting the registration of the special
resolution in respect of the disposal by Dialogue of its interest in
ContinuitySA (Proprietary) Limited.
The salient dates pertaining to the specific payment to shareholders, as
announced on SENS on 13 January 2011, can only be finalised upon registration of
the special resolution. A further announcement regarding the revised salient
dates will be made as soon as the Company has received confirmation that such
registration has been effected.
