The appointment of Non-executive Director
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the Company has
pleasure in advising shareholders that at the Company`s Board meeting held
yesterday, Mr. Frencel Gillion was appointed as a non-executive director with
immediate effect.
Mr Gillion, a chartered accountant, is currently the Group Financial Director of
Kagiso Trust Investments, the Company`s holding company. He is also a director
of various other companies.
