RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of Vox Telecom advises that, at the Annual General Meeting of
shareholders held on 22 February 2011, all the resolutions as set out in the
notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the company`s Annual Report for
the year ended 31 August 2010, were duly approved by the requisite majority of
Vox Telecom shareholders.
The relevant special resolution will be submitted to CIPRO for registration.
