DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED HOT
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("TRUIHC")
The Directors of Truworths International Limited have declared an Interim cash
dividend of 128 cents payable on Tuesday, 22 March 2011 to ordinary holders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 18
March 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities, TRUIHC
will receive a Truworths International Limited interim cash dividend of 128
cents per security on Tuesday, 22 March 2011 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the interest distribution) in order to participate
in the interim cash dividend will be Friday, 11 March 2011.
TRUIHC Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the interest
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 14 March 2011, and the
record date will be Friday, 18 March 2011.
