REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the tenth annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Kelly Group held
today, 22 February 2011, all the resolutions were passed other than the
resolution giving the directors control of 10,000,000 authorised but unissued
shares.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
