Debt Listings Requirements
With reference to the announcement dated 1 February 2011, the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advice that, at request
of the Bond Issuers, the JSE in consultation with the FSB has agreed
to change the implementation date of the new Debt Listings
Requirements to 1 June 2011 ("the transitional period"). The
effective date of the Debt Listings Requirements remains 1 March 2011
and the JSE will commence monitoring the compliance with the Debt
Listings Requirements, but will not enforce it during the
transitional period.
