DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SHP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SHOPRITE HOLDINGS
LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (SHP) and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to SHOPRITE HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (SHP) the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 88 cents per SHPNIF
share instalment that is payable on Tuesday, 22 March 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 11 March 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 14 March 2011. The
record date is Friday, 18 March 2011.
