DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KIO SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA IRON ORE LTD
ORDINARY SHARES and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
KUMBA IRON ORE LTD ORDINARY SHARES (KIO) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
have declared a dividend amount of 2100 cents per KIONNA share instalment that
is payable on Tuesday, 22 March 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 11 March 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 14 March 2011. and the
record date is Friday, 18 March 2011.
