DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IMP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for IMPALA PLATINUM
HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (IMP) and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to IMPALA PLATINUM HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (IMP)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
150 cents per IMPNIJ share instalment that is payable on Monday, 14 March 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 March 2011. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 March 2011. and the record date
is Friday, 11 March 2011.
