NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Ideco Annual Report for the year ended 31
August 2011 will be posted on or about 25 February 2011 and contains no
modifications to the reviewed provisional results published on SENS on 10
December 2010.
The Annual Report will also be available to download from the Ideco website at
www.ideco.co.za.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Ideco
will be held at Ideco`s business address, Merton House, Eton Office Park East,
17 Harrison Avenue, Epsom Downs, Bryanston at 10:00am on Tuesday 19 April 2011,
to conduct the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting,
which is contained in the Annual Report.
