DECLARATION OF A DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED-
VARIABLE STRIKE WARRANT- GRTIVC
The Directors of Growthpoint Properties Limited have declared a dividend of
0.064 cents per share and an interest payment of 63.836 cents per debenture. Due
to this distribution the strike price of the above warrant will be adjusted and
the announcement thereof will be made accordingly on the ex-distribution date,
being Monday, 14 March 2011.
