Shareholders are advised that a circular has been posted on Thursday, 24
February 2011, to shareholders containing details of a proposal to adopt the
Wilderness Group 2011 Share Plan ("the circular").
Notice of general meeting
The circular contains a notice of extraordinary general meeting of Wilderness
shareholders to be held at 11:00 on Monday, 28 March 2010, at the Gaborone Sun
Hotel, Chuma Drive, Gaborone, Botswana for the purpose of considering and, if
deemed fit, passing, with or without modification, the ordinary resolution
necessary to implement the proposal ("the general meeting").
