DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON MASSMART HOLDINGS LIMITED HOT
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("MSMIHC")
The Directors of Massmart Holdings Limited have declared an Interim cash
dividend of 252 cents payable on Tuesday, 22 March 2011 to ordinary holders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 18
March 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
MSMIHC will receive a Massmart Holdings Limited interim cash dividend of 252
cents per security on, Tuesday, 22 March 2011 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the interest distribution) in order
to participate in the interim cash dividend will be Friday, 11 March 2011.
MSMIHC Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
interest distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 14 March
2011, and the record date will be Friday, 18 March 2011.
