TRADING STATEMENT
Omnia is a diversified specialist chemical services company providing
customised solutions to the chemicals, mining, and agriculture markets.
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Omnia is pleased to
report that its earnings and headline earnings per share for the year ended
31 March 2011 are expected to be at least 440% higher (based on 57.367million
weighted average number of shares in issue) than those for the year ended 31
March 2010 (based on 45.904 million weighted average number of shares in
issue).
The results for the year ended 31 March 2011 are expected to be published on
or about 28 June 2011.
