cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Stephan Weber
upon his appointment, was released on 23 February 2011. After the deduction of
2,121 Shares to satisfy tax obligations, Mr Weber`s beneficial interest has
increased by 5,590 Shares.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company`s obligations
under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2
