ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ESPIBQ- ZAE000153276
Investec Equity Structured Products
As a result of the RMB Holdings Limited ("RMBH") corporate action, RMBH will,
subject to the fulfillment of the condition precedent set out in their
announcement made on the 15 December 2010, RBMH will unbundle the Rand Merchant
Insurance Holdings Limited ("RMI") ordinary shares to be listed on 7 March 2011
to shareholders in the ratio of 1 RMI share for every 1 RMBH ordinary share held
on the record date, 11 March 2011.
The "Holder Underlying Securities" per Specified Amount of ESPIBQ, and the
Annexures to the 16th Supplement, will therefore be adjusted accordingly to
incorporate the unbundled RMI ordinary shares, effective from Monday 14 March
2011.
