CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement on 11 November 2010, in which
Assore announced Mr RJ Carpenter had indicated his intention to retire as an
executive director on 28 February 2011. In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr
Carpenter will retire as an executive director of Assore with effect from 28
February 2011.
The company is pleased to announce that Mr Carpenter will remain on the board as
a non-executive director with effect from 1 March 2011.
