RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING: CAPITAL`S OFFER TO ACQUIRE ALL LINKED UNITS IN
PANGBOURNE PROPERTIES LIMITED
Unitholders are referred to the announcements relating to Capital`s offer to
acquire all linked units in Pangbourne Properties Limited not already held by
Capital, the last of which was dated 3 February 2011. At the general meeting
of Capital unitholders held today, the resolutions required to approve the
proposed transaction were passed by the requisite majority of unitholders.
A further announcement or announcements relating to the fulfilment of
conditions to implementation of the transaction will be released in due
course.
