DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON NEDBANK GROUP LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("NEDIHC")
The Directors of Nedbank Group Limited have declared a final dividend of 268
cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 11 April 2011 to ordinary holders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 8 April
2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities, NEDIHC
will receive a Nedbank Group Limited final dividend of 268 cents per security
on, Monday, 11 April 2011 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the interest dividend) in order to participate in the interim cash
dividend will be Friday, 1 April 2011.
NEDIHC Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 4 April 2011, and the record date
will be Friday, 8 April 2011.
