NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
group audited financial statements for the period ended 31 August 2010, was
dispatched today and contains the following non-material changes to the group
reviewed results, which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 28 October 2010:
A final review of the accounting for the movement in the foreign currency
translation reserve identified a misallocation between cash flows from operating
activities and cash flows from financing activities in the cash flow statement
and has been corrected.
The abridged consolidated cash flow statement which was contained in the SENS
announcement dated 28 October 2010 and the amended abridged consolidated cash
flow statement, after taking into account the affects of the above, are
presented as follows:
