In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Sephaku Holdings ("the board") wishes to
inform shareholders that Mr Morrison Smit has resigned as the financial director
of the Company with effect from 28 February 2011.
The chairman wishes to express his gratitude to Mr Smit for his contribution to
the Company during his term in office. Mr Smit will remain involved with the
development of exploration assets unbundled to shareholders by the Company
towards the end of 2010. The board wishes Mr Smit all of the best with his
future endeavours.
Furthermore, the board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Steven Steyn
as acting chief financial officer with effect from 28 February 2011.
