Trustee of the Lonmin Employee Benefit Trust that 40 shares in the Company were
sold by Mr Barnard Mokwena as detailed below.

proceeds to settle his income tax liability on the part vesting of his Deferred
Annual Bonus Plan matched award, which vested on 8 December 2010 and which was

The Company was also notified of the same information on the same date by Mr
Mokwena in discharge of his obligations under DTR 3.1.2 R.
